Design Anthropologist
Anna's passion is, and always has been, to turn challenges in to assets both within organizations and with their customers and potential customers. She believes the key to success is understanding the aspirations and motivations of people, applying these understandings to the co-creation of solutions that are meaningful, relevant, desirable and useful to the very people we work for and with.
At Microsoft, she conceived and implemented Real People Real Data - a people centric approach to innovating new products and services in both Windows, MSN and Windows Live. Her qualitative research experience has brought her global recognition for her work within trends in social computing, digital convergence and thought leadership in the age of turbulence.
While currently employed by Microsoft Development Center in Norway, she will begin a new journey on October 1st, 2011, as Senior Business Developer for Steria, a leading end-to-end IT services provider for companies and public authorities throughout Europe.
